I had a very bad experience with this outfit...they were to replace a broken cap...5 months later the work was not completed. I verbally warned them 2.5 months into the work that if they could not finish soon I wanted a refund to go elsewhere. 2 months later the work was still not completed yet...What finally did it was when at my last appointment the Dr. said to me that he was not proud of his work...(did he say my work is substandard?)He was also frustrated and I felt very uncomfortable to have him continue to meddle in my mouth. The office manager (dentist's wife) reimbursed me 50% because according to her I chose to not continue the work!!! That is I was reimbursed 50% of $5,000!!! I gave them more than enough time...and a warning....what's one to do!
